This strategic symposium identifies high performance to support an organization's growth, health, and vitality. The day is divided into four segments:
This interactive program provides clarity for governance domains, offers pro-tips to increase effectiveness, and engages the participants in dialogue together to identify opportunities for improving high performance and ways to lead with intention.
Participants will receive the course slides, an abstract summarizing a seminal McKinsey study documenting high-performance functions for boards, a copy of the "Governance Gold Standard," which articulates the skills and behaviors that support high performance and describes the practical ways high-performing boards function, and a bibliography of helpful governing resources.
