The Embassy Suites Boulder hotel is located just off US-36, a half-mile from the University of Colorado Boulder. The iconic Pearl Street Mall and Downtown Boulder are five minutes away, and recreational wonders such as Eldorado Canyon State Park are within minutes of the hotel. Guests can enjoy the two-story fitness center and mountain views from the hotel’s rooftop pool year-round. WiFi, made-to-order breakfast, and an evening reception are included for all hotel guests.

Members of the CCA conference will receive a discounted room rate of $229/night for Wednesday, October 1 and Thursday, October 2. For those who want to extend their stay in Boulder, the hotel will honor our discounted rate three (3) days pre/post event.
CUT OFF DATE: Attendees must make reservations by 5 p.m. Mountain Time on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 to secure the discounted group rate.

Embassy Suites Boulder and the Hilton Garden Inn are two side-by-side hotel properties that comprise the Hiltons on Canyon. Both hotels are Sage Hospitality properties that share a protected, underground parking garage. Meeting functions will take place in the Embassy Suites, and a discount room rate has been secured at the Embassy Suites only. If you should book your sleeping rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, you’ll be just steps away from the conference activities. In fact, the hotels are so close, they can appear to be the same property. However, the Hilton Garden Inn does not provide all of the same amenities as the Embassy Suites.
Embassy Suites Hotel Policies
TAXES & FEES Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.685%. (Subject to change without notice). Triple and Quad occupancies will result in $10.00 per person addition to room rate per night.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE Changes in a guest’s date of departure AFTER check-in may result in an Early Departure fee of $100.00 and/or the room rate is subject to change as discounts may have been offered because of the longer stay pattern originally proposed.
CANCELLATION POLICY Individual attendees may cancel their room reservations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. In the event attendees cancel their reservation within 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date, or otherwise fail to show up for their reservation, Hotel will charge the attendees one night’s guest room rate and tax
NO SHOWS If necessary, rooms must be cancelled with a cancellation number obtained by 6pm two days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee (one night’s room rate + tax). If the reservation is not cancelled and the guest fails to arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee will be applied (one night’s room rate plus tax).
