Leading a chamber of commerce today is harder than ever. Economic uncertainty, political pressures, and the heavy weight of expectations leave many leaders feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. The truth is, you cannot pour from an empty cup. To serve your members and your community, you first must strengthen yourself.

Kerry Siggins, CEO of StoneAge and author of The Ownership Mindset, shares real stories and practical strategies for building inner resilience. You will discover how to recognize burnout, weave self-care into your daily life, and use adversity as fuel for growth.

This keynote will leave you energized, grounded, and ready to thrive as a leader, no matter what challenges come your way.

Fortune Favors the Bold: Strategic Initiatives, Capital Campaigns, and More with POWER 10

Raising non-dues revenue around your mission and strategic plan

Many (most!) communities throughout Colorado and the U.S. face evolving challenges related to talent, housing, infrastructure, business climate, and more. And yet, these challenges commonly do not receive the muscular, coordinated community response they truly deserve. In the experience of POWER 10, a community’s chamber is often the single best organization to step forward, rally the right players, and drive results / impact that matters.

In this presentation and workshop, attendees will (A) learn how other chambers (Fort Collins, Arvada, Royal Gorge, and more) stepped forward to tackle their community’s most pressing economic growth challenges, and (B) develop LIVE their own summary plan for a strategic initiative and fundraising effort / campaign tailored to each attendee’s respective community.
