Jennifer Reiser, CCE, IOM - Keynote Speaker

Jennifer Reiser is a dynamic and creative leader known for her innovative approach to leadership development, network-building, and organizational strategy. As the Director of Operations for Chambers for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE) she blends analytical expertise with a visionary mindset to inspire change. A Certified Chamber Executive and nationally recognized expert in leadership, workforce development, and change management, with nearly 20 years of chamber of commerce experience, Jennifer brings a fresh perspective to problem-solving and system design. Her role at CICE helps guide the team as they amplify the voice of economic leaders and build the business case for clean energy.
As an author and speaker, she channeled her creativity into Leading in Color – Leadership Lessons from the Animal World, a series of workbooks that explore the intersection of nature and leadership, and the TEDx Talk Wildly Effective Leadership. Passionate about unlocking potential, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations reimagine possibilities, embrace new ideas, and build sustainable success.
Mayor Laurel Lutz

Laurel Lutz was elected to the Grand Junction City Council in 2025 for District D and is currently serving as Mayor Pro Tem. Laurel moved to Grand Junction in 2021 to become the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of Mesa County, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable homeownership opportunities for income qualifying residents. Before moving to the Western Slope, Laurel managed Head Start Early Education Centers in Arizona and California and was a department head for the Orange County Department of Education.
Laurel received a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood from National University in La Jolla, CA. She also holds certificates in nonprofit management and fundraising and is a Certified Memory Impairment Specialist (CMIS).
Rachel Beck

Rachel Beck is the Colorado Chamber Foundation Executive Director. She has more than 20 years of experience in local and state public policy development, campaign management, and bringing together diverse stakeholders to build consensus on community issues.
Most recently, she served as executive director for the Colorado Competitive Council, where she oversaw development and execution of the organization’s economic-development focused policy advocacy and programs, working with members and stakeholders around the state. During her tenure, she doubled membership, increased the organization’s statewide partnerships and influence at the Capitol, and negotiated numerous state policies critical to Colorado’s economy on behalf of businesses.
Rachel’s work has included building a local, state, and federal advocacy program for business in Southern Colorado; steering multiple infrastructure and governance campaigns to success at the ballot box; and working with Public Health officials and the Governor’s office to reopen shuttered retailers and restaurants during the pandemic.
Rachel was named a Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal in 2017 and one of Colorado Politics’ dozen nonpartisan statewide leaders to watch in 2020. She has served on the boards of the Council of Neighbors and Organizations, the Palmer Land Trust, the Colorado Springs Press Association, and the UCCS Gallery of Contemporary Art. She holds a master’s degree in political management from the George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Abby Ault

Abby Ault is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Innovate Work Consulting, a Northern Colorado firm specializing in workforce development, strategic facilitation, and talent pipeline program capacity building. She brings more than fifteen years of experience helping employers, educators, and workforce partners build systems that connect people to good jobs and connect businesses to the talent they need.
Abby's career spans national and Colorado-based workforce initiatives. She previously served as a Project Deputy Director and Senior Technical Assistance Consultant at the American Institutes for Research, leading work on a U.S. Department of Labor contract, and has held senior roles supporting Colorado's workforce ecosystem. She is an experienced facilitator of sector partnership and Talent Pipeline Management strategies and holds an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential. In addition to workforce systems development, Abby helps organizations build stronger talent strategies and more effective teams.
Chris Romer

Chris Romer is the President & CEO of the Vail Valley Partnership (VVP), where he oversees general administration of their daily operations and works with local & regional stakeholders to advocate on behalf of the Vail Valley as a tourism destination and community. He is also responsible for the annual strategic plan for the organization and represents the Vail Valley on a variety of local and regional volunteer boards.
Chris can often be found at special events & concerts or enjoying the many recreational opportunities in the Vail Valley.
Ed Sealover

Ed Sealover spent 28 years reporting for newspapers including the Denver Business Journal and Rocky Mountain News. He received 140 state, regional and national awards, including being honored as 2020 Colorado Journalist of the Year by the state chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. He is the editor of The Sum & Substance and also serves as vice president of strategic initiatives for the Colorado Chamber of Commerce.

Terri Hayes is the CCA Board President and President & CEO of the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Corporation, and Visitor Center, serving Northern El Paso County and Larkspur. She has held this position for 14 years and is deeply committed to her community. Terri lives in downtown Monument with her rescue dog, Sebastian, and enjoys walking to local shops/restaurants, seeing business owners at the grocery store, and getting friendly honks when she walks her dog.
Besides being active supporting local businesses in the Tri-Lake area, Terri works very closely with the Towns of Monument and Palmer Lake, El Paso County, the school district, and non-profits. Under her leadership, the Chamber has grown from 200 to 500+ members, moved to a 3,500 sq. ft. downtown location, and expanded its Visitor Center. Terri also oversees the Tri-Lakes Economic Development Corporation and the Downtown Monument Merchants Association.
Before joining the Chamber, Terri owned 10 'til 2 Part-Time Staffing and held management and leadership roles in the financial services and healthcare fields. A couple of her past lives have also included being a volunteer firefighter/paramedic and a hotel interior designer. Originally from Seattle, Terri lived in several western states and in England before choosing Colorado as her home in 2007. She values community connections and supports local businesses through her work.

Anderson holds a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Management, from Colorado State University. She and her husband, Scott, have a 12-year-old daughter named Paige and a silly labradoodle named Lola Mae. Together, they love skiing, hiking, paddleboarding and enjoying the local hot springs.
